Aribo speaks on making debut for Super Eagles

Rangers midfielder, Joel Aribo, has spoken of his delight at making his debut for Nigeria.

Aribo played all 90 minutes, as the Super Eagles were held to a 2-2 draw by Ukraine on Tuesday night.

Although he was not happy with the result having scored the opener, he described it as a special day.

”Buzzing to make my debut for @NGSuperEagles unfortunate with the result but happy to score on my debut, a special day for me & my family and one I’ll remember. Thank you, God,” he posted on Twitter.

Aribo, who wore the number 10 jersey, became the 60th player to score for Eagles on his debut.
