NAN reports that the court, in an unanimous decision, said the suit lacked diligent prosecution.

Justice Adzira Mshella led other justices to deliver judgement.

The Tribunal had, on August 17, dismissed the petition of the UPC and Ibiene for failing to prove allegations made against Bayelsa Deputy Governor, Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo.
