This is even as President Muhammadu Buhari had at the visit on Thursday, pledged to help the Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma fight insecurity.

Buhari said he would use his constitutional powers to assist Uzodinma in fighting insecurity in the state.

The president also pledged to help Uzodinma deal with infrastructural deficits of the state.

We know exactly those who wanted to sabotage the President’s visit, but we have forgiven all, because, we know that they would not succeed. We are focused and we are serving the people.

“All their antics and pranks are well documented. They can’t handle loss of political power. They are angry, because they thought erroneously that they have victory. The Governor and his team are not vindictive and they are not in contention with anybody.

“I just want to say it for emphasis sake, let everybody bear it in mind. We are our brother’s keepers. (Iwe nwanne anaghi eru na okpukpo.) Let our misguided brothers know that we bear no grudges. We match forward forever”.
